A 45+ item gourmet salad bar with hot and cold dishes such as hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, sweet beets, asparagus, imported cheeses, and cured meats.

• SECOND COURSE (UNLIMITED)

17 delicious cuts of meat including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and seafood, plus side dishes like garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas and traditional rice and black beans will be served table side.
