A circle of sisters coming together growing and diving deep! Our discussion for April will be centered around everyday movement.
Come ready to have open discussions with other Beautiful Brown Girl(friends). We’ll be journaling and centering ourselves together. This month’s topics will be focused on environmental wellness and taking advantage of the (hopefully) beautiful weather and how to enjoy the benefits of the outdoors for your mental health.
