A circle of sisters coming together growing and diving deep! Our discussion for July will be centered around everyday movement.

Come ready to have open discussions with other Beautiful Brown Girl(friends). We’ll be journaling and centering ourselves together. This month’s topics will be focused on holistic wellness and ways to add moments of mindful wellness practices into your day-to-day schedule.
