April - Sister Circles

A circle of sisters coming together growing and diving deep! During April we are focusing on Physical Fitness and removing the barriers that stand in the way of our best physical health.

Come ready to have open discussions with other Beautiful Brown Girl(friend)s. We’ll be journaling and centering ourselves together. We’ll reflect on how we approach our fitness journey and our relationship with our bodies.
