April - Sister Circle

A circle of sisters coming together growing and diving deep! Our discussion for April will be centered around everyday movement.

Come ready to have open discussions with other Beautiful Brown Girl(friends). We’ll be journaling and centering ourselves together. We’ll be walking through the benefits of everyday movement and simple movements that you can continue practicing on your own. Moving every day has the power to improve every part of your body.
