Friendships are incredibly important. At certain stages in our lives, friendships are everything to us – the most important thing in our lives. Friendships need their own kind of water and soil to grow healthy and strong. Join us as we chat with the creator of Beautiful Brown Girls (Brunch Club), Christina Duren for an interactive discussion on building stronger friendships.

Christina will be in conversation with Dale Pollekoff who founded Finding Female Friends Over Fifty in Los Angeles and now supports the Revel community. Please join them for an intimate conversation about finding and keeping friends as we all grow!

Christina Duren founded Beautiful Brown Girls™ in March of 2010. Over the last 11 years, Beautiful Brown Girls has blossomed into so much more than a brunch club. It is a community made up of 29 chapters and over 51,000 members. Each one is a sister circle. Christina believes Beautiful Brown Girls is proof of what can happen when you find your people. Not only can you bond over a delicious meal, but you can also become an agent for change in your community.  Beautiful Brown Girl members enjoy monthly unique and memorable experiences rooted in sisterhood, love, support, and have access to a curated space for women of color to thrive through insightful articles, thoughtful conversations, and webinars with inspiring Black women.
