DETAILS: This is a low-impact interval class that will get your heart pumping just enough to get a good workout in.

These are moves that you can do on your own time as well. All moves go with the music but there’s no dancing involved. But feel free to dance if you’d like. ? Bring a towel, mat, and some water.
